Key Responsibilities
- Support strategy, design, and policy development for compensation and incentive programs
- Oversee the recognition program to promote a culture of engagement aligned with business needs
- Partner with management and HR Operations on job evaluations and year-end compensation processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in developing compensation strategies for a large, diverse workforce
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to compensation, including FLSA
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation management
- Master's degree or professional certification in a relevant field is preferred
