Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Manager to support enterprise-wide compensation program design and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategy, design, and policy development for compensation and incentive programs
  • Oversee the recognition program to promote a culture of engagement aligned with business needs
  • Partner with management and HR Operations on job evaluations and year-end compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in developing compensation strategies for a large, diverse workforce
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to compensation, including FLSA
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation management
  • Master's degree or professional certification in a relevant field is preferred
