Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Manager to shape the future of executive rewards on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base pay and incentives
  • Manage executive compensation-related disclosures for SEC filings and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive executive compensation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, particularly with public company requirements
  • Deep knowledge of SEC proxy rules and equity plan design
  • Experience with CD&A and executive compensation tables
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and compliance requirements related to executive pay
  • Experience managing external legal and compensation advisors is a plus
