Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base pay and incentives
- Manage executive compensation-related disclosures for SEC filings and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive executive compensation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, particularly with public company requirements
- Deep knowledge of SEC proxy rules and equity plan design
- Experience with CD&A and executive compensation tables
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and compliance requirements related to executive pay
- Experience managing external legal and compensation advisors is a plus
