A company is looking for a Director, HR Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR technology, systems, reporting, metrics, and analytics functions to improve HR processes and employee experiences
- Evaluate and oversee HRIS development and selection, ensuring effective implementation of new software or system modules
- Drive digital capabilities within HR and enhance technology use through training and support for new tools and resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science/information technology, human resources, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology/digital transformation, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Working knowledge of HR data analysis, dashboards, and metrics reporting
- Experience with HRIS systems and reporting; Power BI experience desired
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration
