Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage all leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, and company-sponsored leaves
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave requests and return-to-work plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain up-to-date records for all leave cases
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience administering leave programs in a multi-state environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA and ADA
  • Experience with third-party administrators and HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
