Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage all leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, and company-sponsored leaves
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave requests and return-to-work plans
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain up-to-date records for all leave cases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering leave programs in a multi-state environment
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA and ADA
- Experience with third-party administrators and HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
