Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Administrator to manage its HRIS system and ensure data integrity for Human Capital Management transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for HRIS functions, including report generation and system maintenance
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of HCM systems and tools, ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Develop and maintain standard and custom reports, and implement self-service workflows for HR-related transactions
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience managing HRIS systems in an HRIS role
  • 2 years of experience with UKG
  • 2 years of experience in Cognos BI report building
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other IT web-based tools
  • Ability to work independently and make significant decisions regarding HRIS matters
