Key Responsibilities
- Conduct job analyses to identify critical technical competencies and tasks
- Develop and validate technical skills assessments and conduct pilot testing
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders and internal teams through briefings and progress updates
Qualifications / Role Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (required; no substitutions)
- At least 7+ years of applied experience in assessment development, with 2 years in federal or public-sector roles
- Demonstrated expertise in competency modeling and statistical validation techniques
- Familiarity with federal hiring frameworks, including EO 13932
- Experience with assessment customization and integration into Talent Acquisition Systems preferred
