Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Partner (USA Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic thought partner to people leaders, advising on talent development and team culture
- Lead initiatives that drive individual, team, and organizational performance through effective learning and development practices
- Co-create and deliver culture storytelling and engagement initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 6-7 years of experience in HR, Learning, Talent, or People Partnering roles
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with knowledge of U.S. employment law
- Recognized subject matter expert in areas such as learning enablement or culture/engagement
- Strong business acumen and ability to build trusted relationships across various levels
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, with proficiency in relevant tools
