Required Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for niche roles in Product, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams
- Skilled in active sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
