A company is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for all technical openings, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling
- Partner with functional leaders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes
- Provide a stellar candidate experience and proactively attract world-class talent through various strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in technical recruiting
- Experience working at an early-stage startup with fast growth
- Passion for building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in the hiring process
- Data, systems, and process-oriented with expertise in leading TA tools
- Personal connection to the mission of improving health through nutrition
