Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to design, build, and lead the evolution of HR systems and data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the HRIS environment, including current and future states
- Architect and execute the buildout of the HRIS platform, including configuration and process design
- Partner with stakeholders to assess system needs and implement enhancements for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration and implementation
- Demonstrated experience in building or enhancing HRIS platforms and processes
- Strong technical knowledge of HRIS platforms with hands-on implementation experience
- Deep understanding of core HR processes such as payroll and benefits
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) preferred
