- Partner with hiring teams to establish best practices and improve interviewing skills
Required Qualifications
- Full-cycle recruiting expertise with experience in Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and G&A roles
- Proven ability to engage passive talent and convert them into active candidates
- Strong business acumen to build partnerships with hiring managers and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Experience with recruitment technology and a desire to integrate AI into the talent acquisition process
- Background in healthcare technology is preferred
