- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR technology
- Deep expertise in ATS and HRIS systems, particularly Greenhouse and Workday
- Proven ability to influence change and drive partnerships across functions
- High standards for stakeholder experience with a focus on simplicity and impact
