A company is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate executive compensation policies, programs, and governance for company executives and the Board of Directors
- Oversee administration and compliance of share-based incentive programs and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders on compensation strategies and support Total Rewards initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Typically 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related roles, focusing on executive compensation in publicly traded companies
- Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles and global regulations of equity vehicles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus
