A company is looking for a People Generalist to support their clinical team and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support for hourly and salaried team members, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Manage employee relations by handling concerns, conducting investigations, and coaching managers
- Oversee onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as a Generalist in a high-growth environment
- Experience supporting an hourly workforce across multiple U.S. states
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in various U.S. states
- Experience with HRIS platforms, such as Rippling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
