Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related HR roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent management strategies
- Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning and performance management
- Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics
