Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process leave of absences, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
- Support HR team by analyzing data and maintaining HR metrics and dashboards
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights; experience with HRIS and data analytics tools preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR support role is beneficial
