A company is looking for a Reasonable Accommodation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage initial engagement with colleagues requesting accommodations
• Oversee the intake process, including reviewing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with the ADA/ADAAA and applicable laws regarding accommodation requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
• 2+ years of accommodations/HR experience required
• Must be tech savvy
• Must have a quiet place/private area to work remotely
