Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and manage recruiting pipelines while maintaining communication with candidates
- Document and improve recruiting processes, ensuring data integrity in the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Build relationships with recruiters and interviewers, delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system and Google Suite
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- High level of organization and project management abilities
- Commitment to creating a positive experience for candidates and team members
