Key Responsibilities
- Administer benefit plan enrollments and resolve inquiries related to benefits
- Maintain the accuracy of benefits enrollment data and conduct regular audits
- Support annual Open Enrollment and collaborate on benefit-related projects
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in General Studies or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources
- Strong foundational knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
