A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer benefit plan enrollments and resolve inquiries related to benefits
• Maintain the accuracy of benefits enrollment data and conduct regular audits
• Support annual Open Enrollment and collaborate on benefit-related projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in General Studies or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources
• Strong foundational knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans
• Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
