Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hiring documents and conduct background checks for new hires
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate applicant statuses
- Ensure completion of onboarding paperwork and facilitate communication with new hires
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in human resources or onboarding
- Experience in building positive relationships with business partners and employees
- Strong computer skills, including HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Excel
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain engagement with new hires
