Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume requisition loads and build relationships with hiring managers
• Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
• Maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure an exceptional candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years with a High School Diploma/GED
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
• Experience with customer service
• Familiarity with job boards and portals like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Must reside in the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters
