Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee health and voluntary benefit plans
  • Maintain benefit transactions in HRIS and perform system audits for data integrity
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of benefits experience in a large organization (500+ employees)
  • Knowledge of employee benefit plans and relevant regulations (FMLA, ACA, etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of Section 125 benefit plans
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred experience with Workday and benefits module
