A company is looking for a Senior HR Compliance & Project Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HR compliance strategies and processes
- Manage high-priority HR projects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives
- Conduct audits of HR processes and regulatory requirements, providing recommendations for compliance enhancement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on compliance and/or project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Strong ability to interpret and apply employment laws and develop company policies for compliance
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
