A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Delivery Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT roles
- Select candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain relationships with IT professionals on contract assignments
- Generate leads and market intelligence to enhance client development efforts while meeting business development goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in relevant technical skillsets
- Strong ability to understand IT requirements and identify qualified candidates
- Proven negotiating and closing skills with a desire to build a career in recruiting
- Experience utilizing job boards and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
