A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst responsible for overseeing benefit administration and resolving benefit-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of domestic and international employee benefit plans
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in the implementation of new benefit programs and prepare employee communication materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
- CEBS Certification is a plus
- International benefits administration experience required
- ADP experience preferred
