Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to manage the full recruiting life cycle remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Create and execute recruitment plans for various roles and develop relationships with key recruiting contacts
- Provide monthly recruiting metrics and collaborate with HR Business Partners to clarify job specifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Search firm experience is a plus
