Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst III (Configuration).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in HR projects involving HR systems configuration and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Maintain and secure Workday and other HR systems, developing expertise in system architecture and evaluating change requests
- Respond to HR inquiries regarding HRIS issues and develop solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining documentation and providing training
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday configuration experience, including Talent Management systems and business analysis
- Knowledge of HR issues such as employee relations, benefits, and compliance
- Preferred experience in Workday modules: Recruiting and/or Compensation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- No professional certification required
