Key Responsibilities
- Develop facility-specific HR policies and procedures aligned with compliance standards
- Conduct Form I-9 audits and support vendor transitions and process enhancements
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to establish a modernized HR compliance program
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree required
- Experience in building or contributing to HR compliance programs
- Understanding of federal employment law and compliance trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Organized and resourceful; SHRM certification is ideal but not required
