Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the talent acquisition function for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage and develop the recruiting team while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and optimize recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in a management role
- Experience scaling a recruiting function in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Proven ability to coach and mentor recruiters and recruiting managers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with senior leadership
