A company is looking for a Workforce Accommodations Specialist to manage workplace accommodations for employees with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage requests for accommodations under the ADA
- Engage with employees, medical professionals, and HR partners to facilitate the accommodation process
- Stay updated on ADA regulations and provide education on accommodations to employers and employees
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field
- Experience in RTW Services, Labor Relations, or Disability Claim Management
- Familiarity with ADA and FMLA regulations
- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
