- Manage the performance management process, including goal-setting and reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records within HRIS
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations across the U.S
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
- Expertise in Leaves of Absence
- Experience as a power user/admin within UKG
