A company is looking for a Lead, HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement, and maintain HRIS systems, including ATS and performance management platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements
- Develop test plans, conduct systems testing, and ensure the integrity of sensitive data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of prior HRIS experience
- Experience with global HRIS implementations, particularly in recruiting and performance modules
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Success Factors, and/or ICIMs preferred
