Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Partner with HR Business Partners to proactively pipeline talent aligned with workforce plans
- Identify and analyze recruiting metrics to inform data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with candidate management systems and talent pipelines
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems and online candidate platforms
- Project or program management experience with small-to-medium scale projects
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
