Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Manage and support a team of HRIS Analysts in delivering annual processes and new features focused on automation
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze HRIS data and drive informed decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HRIS experience; relevant experience may substitute for education
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in areas such as HCM, Compensation, and Benefits
- Leadership experience including change management and team development
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations applicable to system design and configuration
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
