Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and support the implementation of total rewards programs, focusing on employee benefits
- Monitor and evaluate benefits program effectiveness through data analysis and vendor reporting
- Conduct audits of benefits enrollments and payroll deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Total Rewards experience with a focus on data analysis
- Familiarity with HRIS technologies/tools related to compensation and benefits administration
- Understanding of monetary and non-monetary recognition methods for employee engagement
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience administering benefits plans and navigating complex employee benefits
