Key Responsibilities
- Align HR strategies with business goals and provide workforce planning insights
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
- Guide performance evaluations and support training and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience across all areas of HR
- Experience in building HR initiatives and teams
- Deep HRIS experience, including running reports and payroll
- SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Understanding of architecture and engineering principles is preferred
