Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to address staffing needs and ensure timely and quality candidate selection
- Track recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system to meet hiring metrics and goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in corporate recruiting
- Experience with HR applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting is preferred
