Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst I, HR Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, resolve, and respond to customer/vendor inquiries related to HR topics
  • Perform pay-related calculations and serve as a liaison between HR and payroll
  • Administer HR system processes and maintain electronic files for record keeping and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of related experience preferred, with shared services experience in HR/Payroll preferred
  • Experience with Labor Relations/Unions and Workday preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of HR/Payroll laws is desirable
