A company is looking for an Analyst I, HR Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, resolve, and respond to customer/vendor inquiries related to HR topics
- Perform pay-related calculations and serve as a liaison between HR and payroll
- Administer HR system processes and maintain electronic files for record keeping and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 1 year of related experience preferred, with shared services experience in HR/Payroll preferred
- Experience with Labor Relations/Unions and Workday preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of HR/Payroll laws is desirable
