Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Preboarding Coordinator - 0.8 FTE (Limited Tenure).
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment pre- and post-offer hire processes, including scheduling interviews and creating new hire paperwork
- Engage with new hires to troubleshoot issues during the post-offer process and ensure all contingencies are met
- Apply administrative expertise to manage a variety of tasks related to the recruitment of new staff
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a one- or two-year degree/diploma in an administrative field or a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in computer skills and technical office equipment
- Knowledge of standard office practices and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures is helpful
