Key Responsibilities

- Redesign employee lifecycle processes for improved efficiency and establish service-level agreements
- Drive the integration of knowledge management tools with HR systems to enhance collaboration and access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in HR operations and global systems implementation
- Experience leading HRIS implementation and managing systems integrations
- Strong understanding of HR life cycle and global compliance
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proven ability to build and manage diverse, high-performing teams
