A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR support on topics such as benefits, payroll, and policies
- Resolve requests efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Provide support for HR document updates and create content for the HR portal
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Proficiency in English
- Preferred knowledge of HR systems/tools, such as SuccessFactors and payroll systems
- Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources is preferred
