Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes for engineering and product roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of hiring for all technical roles, including defining requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
  • Design and implement structured hiring processes and enhance the technical employer brand
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in technical hiring at early-stage startups (ideally Series A or B)
  • Ability to build hiring processes from scratch
  • Understanding of translating business goals into hiring strategies
  • Organizational skills with the ability to track hiring metrics
  • Passion for defining culture and systems in a fast-paced environment
