Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of hiring for all technical roles, including defining requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
- Design and implement structured hiring processes and enhance the technical employer brand
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical hiring at early-stage startups (ideally Series A or B)
- Ability to build hiring processes from scratch
- Understanding of translating business goals into hiring strategies
- Organizational skills with the ability to track hiring metrics
- Passion for defining culture and systems in a fast-paced environment
