A company is looking for an HR Coordinator, Employee Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related questions through phone and case management
- Document calls and resolve issues using Workday case management within service level agreements
- Coordinate with departments on projects and assist in developing training materials for new hires
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree completion is desirable
- Work shift is 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with some flexibility appreciated
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and UKG Dimensions preferred
- Knowledge of HR policies/procedures preferred; willingness to learn required
