Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor for Norway.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop internal and external policies on leave management, performance management, investigations and claims, and terminations
- Execute leave of absence management, performance management, and other HR challenges that present legal or regulatory risk
- Manage employee claims related to unemployment benefits, leave or disability benefits, and grievances
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in HR advice/consulting or internal HR functions in a fast-paced organization in Norway
- Deep understanding of HR and payroll compliance rules and regulations in Finland
- Experience managing employee claims related to unemployment benefits and grievances
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English
