Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Workday Compensation capability area and assist with other HR functions
- Collaborate with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team on global merit, bonus, and stock cycle deployments
- Lead requirements analysis, solutions design, and product delivery for Workday and HR systems modifications
Required Qualifications
- BA degree and 12+ years of relevant compensation experience; Workday knowledge preferred
- Experience supporting merit cycles as a business analyst/project manager
- 3+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining Workday, particularly in Advanced Compensation
- Additional experience in Workday modules such as Performance, Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting is beneficial
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate across all organizational levels
