Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure proper functionality of the HRIS system, including processing employee updates and managing workflows
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and IT teams to support HRIS system issues and deliver technology solutions
- Develop and monitor metrics dashboards and reports, and support system integrations with other platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, information management, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years with Ceridian Dayforce
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for creating reports and data visualizations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate effective working relationships
