A company is looking for a Director, Global Talent Acquisition Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure standardization, productivity, and efficiency within the TA team through performance metrics and best practices
- Provide project management and support for initiatives led by the Global TA leadership
- Evaluate vendors and manage partnerships to enhance the TA operating model and capabilities
Required Qualifications and Education
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on operations and continuous improvement
- Experience in a global Talent Acquisition team is strongly preferred
- Background in technical innovation and leveraging technology to improve recruitment processes
- Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance laws impacting recruitment
