Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner (EPD) to support its Engineering, Product, and Design organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted thought partner and consultant to senior leaders within the EPD organization
- Provide guidance on performance management, change management, employee relations, and talent planning
- Drive the execution of critical People programs and implement scalable policies to attract and retain talent
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and a curiosity to understand business operations
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively
- Experience partnering on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus
