Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Payroll Implementation Data Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HRIS and Payroll implementations for high-touch clients
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact during the implementation phase
- Provide technical support and training to clients post-go-live
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS implementation
- Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll systems, including data migration and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated customer support background with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations
- Experience with project management tools and support ticketing systems is a plus
