  • Strong understanding of how recruiting interacts with various business functions
  • Proven ability to scale recruiting functions while maintaining talent density
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools and systems, such as Greenhouse and AI-driven platforms
  • Mastery of recruiting data and metrics to inform decision-making
