- Architect and execute the full lifecycle recruiting strategy for all GTM, Corporate, and Tech functions
- Build and manage a high-performance team of recruiters and TA operations, driving Talent Density practices
- Instill accountability through recruiting funnel analytics and design scalable workflows to enhance operational excellence
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles in high-growth companies
- Strong understanding of how recruiting interacts with various business functions
- Proven ability to scale recruiting functions while maintaining talent density
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and systems, such as Greenhouse and AI-driven platforms
- Mastery of recruiting data and metrics to inform decision-making
